EN 10204 Type 3.1 is an inspection certificate issued by the manufacturer, providing test results and confirming compliance with the specified requirements. Type 3.2 provides an additional level of independent verification, with the inspection results validated by both the manufacturer’s authorized representative and an independent inspection representative. The required certificate depends on the applicable standards, project specifications, regulatory requirements and contractual conditions.
